How do I know an item will fit me?

Use our Size Chart. If you order something and it is does not fit, you can return it using our Returns Form.

Do you do fittings?

Yes! Contact us any time for a fitting in Dunedin. For outside of Dunedin, check out our Fitting Tours page. If your town or city is not listed, feel free to get in touch - if there is enough interest we may be able to organise a trip.

Can I return items?

Yes, as long as you get the item/s back to us within 30 days of purchase. The exceptions are gift vouchers and knickers. See our Terms and Conditions and Returns Form for details.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free to all New Zealand addresses and NZ$15 to all other countries.

How do I pay using my MoH breast prosthesis subsidy?

When completing your delivery details, enter your DoB in the indicated field.  You then have 2 options, depending on how quickly you wish to receive your items:

1. Select to pay via bank transfer, but DO NOT make the transfer.  You will be issued with an order confirmation and invoice, and we will be in touch to initiate the paperwork.  Once we have received your signed claim form back from you, we will process your order.  Due to MoH requirements, we cannot accept scanned / electronic forms.

2. Complete the payment via bank transfer or credit card. We will then process your order straight away, and initiate the paperwork to make your subsidy claim.  Once the claim has been processed by MoH (allow up to 21 business days), we will issue you a refund.


Where do you deliver to?

Our website is set up to process deliveries to New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom.  We are happy to process sales from any other country by arrangement, so please contact us.
